Additional Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members
Property plans for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling different sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Further materials made public as part of the current congressional process.
